About the event
Many Muslim families know the silent pain of siblings drifting apart — a heartbreak that often begins long before parents are gone. Inspired by the story of Nabi Yusuf (as) and Nabi Yaqub (as), this heartfelt webinar explores how subtle comparisons, favouritism, and unresolved childhood wounds can quietly shape lifelong disconnection.
Through lessons from the Qur’an, psychology, and real-life reflections, this session guides Muslim parents and adults to:
Recognize how sibling rivalry and favouritism take root in childhood and echo into adulthood.
Reflect on their own family experiences with honesty and compassion.
Learn practical ways to nurture fairness, unity, and emotional safety at home — so their children grow up close, not divided.
If you’ve ever worried that your children might repeat the patterns you grew up with, or you long for closeness that’s been lost between siblings — this session is for you.
Let’s end the story of drifting siblings, and begin a new legacy of love, understanding, and connection.
