Why are fees still charged in months with holidays or recordings, and how is thePTQ year structured?
PTQ is structured as a continuous, year‑round program, from January to December, with a flat monthly fee.
This allows us to plan and commit to teachers, materials, venue/online platforms and admin support for the whole year.
There are short breaks during public holidays, the June and year‑end school holidays, and the last 10 nights of Ramadan. These breaks are part of the overall yearly plan and do not change the monthly fees.

We strongly encourage regular attendance so your child can follow the lessons and not feel lost.
If a child’s attendance is consistently very low over several months, we may arrange a check‑in with parents to discuss how best to support the child and whether the current class timing or mode is still suitable.
We do not recommend remaining enrolled while missing many classes, as this may affect your child’s confidence and progress.
